Cancellation Policy
Patients are required to provide at least 12 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Patients who cancel with less than 12 hours notice will be invoiced for 50% of the cost of their appointment.
Patients who miss their appointment without notice will charged the full cost of the appointment.
